The Garden House is a unique and beautiful co-living space located in the heart of the city. The house is aptly named for its standout feature – a stunning garden that allows you to relax and enjoy nature in the midst of the city’s hustle and bustle.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the beautifully tiled flooring and little angels adorning the entrance area that reflect the lovely history of the building – designed by the famous Antwerp chocolatier Alfred Martougin in 1876.
In Dodoens you have space. Not only the bedrooms but also the common area have all been created to give a feeling of space. Furthermore, the house is full of authentic elements that take you on a walk through the architecture of the last centuries. We chose to renovate the house with a sense of serenity and unity to create a sense of tranquility and timelessness

The library house exudes a class that transcends trends. Imagine yourself in an English “country house” with the beautiful molure and cherry wood library room. The house consists of 6 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, a spacious living room with a library space. A separate dining room and renovated kitchen. On the higher floors you will find two bathrooms.
In other words, a coliving that you cannot easily match.
Living in “Mini Maison Boutique” feels like staying in a boutique hotel without the annoying early check-out. Each space has been created to inspire the residents and bring them to rest. On the ground floor we find the entrance hall with the beautiful original tiled floor. Adjacent you will find a beautiful open space with the living room, kitchen and dining room. On the first intermediate floor is a toilet with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor we find a first room with a queen size bed, closet and desk. Next to it we have the first master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, queen size bed and desk. On the second mezzanine floor we find the bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The mansion has been completely renovated with respect for the authentic soul of the house. The house exudes peace, serenity and comfort. The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room, with reading corner and TV lounge, kitchen with all built-in appliances and a dining room. You will also find a garden with a dining area, sitting area and a swimming pool. On the first floor you will find a study room and a first bathroom. On the second floor you will find two more bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Lastly, you can find a laundry room in the basement.
With its beautiful ceiling paintings and authentic columns, it gives an impression of how the railway management lived here more than a hundred years ago. Nowadays the house consists of two connected living areas, with a dining room, kitchen, study and terrace. There are also two more bathrooms and a outdoor terrace on the higher floors.
