The house consists of 6 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, a spacious living room with a library space. A separate dining room and renovated kitchen. On the higher floors you will find two bathrooms.
The library house is made for people who are passionate about architecture and classic design. We have designed the house in such a way that the communal areas play a central role. Do you like cooking together or watching a movie but do you like to have a spacious private bedroom to enjoy your privacy and tranquility? This the co-living for you.
Antwerpen Zuid is a beautiful neighborhood to see, with old mansions and pretty squares. To get there it is nice to descend along the Scheldt towards the south. These quays have been completely renovated: there is a beautiful cycling and walking path and a lot of greenery has been laid out. The Kloosterstraat is also recommended for those who walk from the center to ‘t Zuid: you will also come across many cool furniture and deisign shop along the way. The charm of Antwerp South shines through. Just walking through ‘t Zuid is fun to do
