A Win-Win loan is an initiative by the Flemish government that encourages individuals to invest in SMEs.

It offers benefits for both the lender and the borrower: the lender receives annual interest tax reductions and is partially protected against default.

You receive monthly interest payments and enjoy a tax benefit of 25% on the loaned amount. After one year, the full capital is repaid. In case of bankruptcy or default, you can reclaim 30% of the outstanding amount through a one-time tax reduction.
