Living in Mini Maison Boutique feels like staying in a boutique hotel without the annoying early check-out. Each space has been created to inspire the residents and bring them to rest. On the ground floor we find the entrance hall with the beautiful original tiled floor. Adjacent you will find a beautiful open space with the living room, kitchen and dining room. On the first intermediate floor is a toilet with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor we find a first room with a queen size bed, closet and desk. Next to it we have the first master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, queen size bed and desk. On the second mezzanine floor we find the bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Next to the bathroom we find another master bedroom. Finally, we have a room over the entire attic floor with a surface of 25m²
Mini mansion boutique is our most “cozy” co-living home. The house has 4 bedrooms, which ensures that the residents can share even more moments with each other. Living in Mini mansion boutique is living in a warm nest.
Located in between Het Eilandje and Parkspoor Noord, you are in one of the most up-and-coming districts of Antwerp. Do you like to go jogging in the morning in a green environment? We got you covered, Parkspoord Noord is a few minutes away from your front door. Do you prefer the afterwork cocktail? Go left and find a walk to a trendy bar in ‘T Eilandje’.
