Our dedicated handyman and repair team takes care of all the little (and big) things that require fixing. A leaking shower or clogged pipes? We got it! Your property's maintenance is one of our utmost priorities.
At House of co we value longterm partnerships. To demonstrate our commitment towards our partners, we are prepared to sign longterm rental agreements for up to 9 years. Additionally, we pay up to 3 months rent upfront upon signing the contract. Making working with House of co a secure longterm investment.
