NEST is a characterful co-living project with 8 thoughtfully designed rooms, located within the larger Seefyard development — a unique green enclave just minutes from Antwerp’s city center. Each resident has a private, furnished room, while the bathrooms (3 in total) and a fully equipped kitchen are shared — fostering both comfort and a strong sense of community. What truly sets NEST apart is its exceptional outdoor space: a spacious shared garden featuring a natural swimming pond, BBQ area, lounge corners, and plenty of greenery to relax or connect with fellow residents. It’s the perfect blend of city living and peaceful retreat. The community will consist of international expats, creatives, and young professionals who value meaningful connection, design-led living, and a vibrant yet tranquil environment.
