Three more houses opened. Portfolio of five properties with a total of 29 rooms.
6th house · 44 co-livers
2024
Opening of The Garden House, our sixth property with 15 rooms. Total family of 44 co-livers.
100 units in Antwerp
2025
Redevelopment and opening of three more properties. We grew to 100 units in Antwerp.
Target: 150 units + coworking
2026
Goal: reach 150 units and launch our coworking space.

We design homes where people from different countries can build real relationships while keeping privacy and independence.
Strategy
